EU Skills Profile Tool for Third Country Nationals
The multilingual EU Skills Profile Tool for Third Country Nationals helps to map the skills, qualifications and work experiences of the third country nationals and to give them personalised advice on further steps, e.g. a referral to recognition of diplomas, skills validation, further training or employment support services.
Digital Competence Framework
The Digital Competence Framework is a European tool which aims to identify the digital skills of the citizens in 5 main components: i) Information and Data Literacy, ii) Communication and collaboration, iii) Digital content creation, iv) Safety, v) Problem solving. Self-evaluation tests have been developed in order to measure these competences.
Language Skills
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
This framework describes language skills on a basis of a 6-level scale and provides analytic descriptors of what each level means for understanding, speaking and writing skills. It can help employers with the identification of the language level of a potential employee from a Third Country.
