Employers together for Integration
This is an initiative aiming to give visibility to what employers are doing to support the integration of refugees and other migrants into the labour market. Employers can join this initiative by describing their current and future actions to support the integration of refugees and other migrants in their workforce and beyond.
Engaging with employers in the hiring of refugees
A 10-point multi-stakeholder action plan for employers, refugees, governments and civil society developed by OECD. It includes actions to navigate the administrative framework, to provide employers with sufficient legal certainty, to identify and verify immigrants’ skills, to develop skills for job-readiness, to match refugee talent with employers’ needs, to provide equal opportunities in recruitment and combat stereotypes, to prepare the working environment, to enable long-term employability, to make the business case for hiring refugees and to coordinate actions by all stakeholders.
