A 10-point multi-stakeholder action plan for employers, refugees, governments and civil society developed by OECD. It includes actions to navigate the administrative framework, to provide employers with sufficient legal certainty, to identify and verify immigrants\u2019 skills, to develop skills for job-readiness, to match refugee talent with employers\u2019 needs, to provide equal opportunities in recruitment and combat stereotypes, to prepare the working environment, to enable long-term employability, to make the business case for hiring refugees and to coordinate actions by all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
